my neighbour's rose

My neighbour’s rose bushes are all blooming and I am insanely jealous! They are so beautiful! We’ve got two wild rose bushes in the back yard (They were suckers that came with the now-dead rose tree I bought when I first moved into the house. It was a lovely “angel face” rose, and my neighbour has a rose bush just like it. See photo at bottom.), but they only bloom about once a year, and have small blossoms. I’d love to have a rose bush with big, bold roses!

The problem is, I have no room. The only thing that died over the winter was Stumpy, and I plan to remove the lavender plant because that bush is old and ratty-looking, but I hate to dig up a perfectly good, still-living plant just so I can change things up a bit.

No, that’s not true. I wouldn’t hate to do it, I’m just to damn lazy to do it.
