We really didn’t get too many melons off these two plants – at least not as many as I was expecting – but what got was interesting: honeydew-looking on the outside, cantalope-looking and -tasting on the inside. There’s one little melon left, then I think we’re done. It was fun trying something different this year, but I don’t anticipate planting melons again next year.

The pepper plants are still going strong – both green and red peppers are still growing.

We’re still getting tomatoes, too, although they’re not too big anymore.

There are a couple little zucchini trying to grow, but there’s some super cold temperatures being predicted, and we discovered some mildew or mold or something infecting the zucchini leaves, so we might have to harvest the minichinis a bit early.
