The green-haired faerie princess is an artist; a darn good one. Just a few sketchy, squiggly lines, and there on the page was a human figure. I was most impressed by her ability to freehand a straight line while riding a moving, bouncing bus. I can’t draw a straight line with a ruler while sitting perfectly still! It always comes off at an angle. I envy artists – whether they draw or paint, it doesn’t matter. That they can take a blank canvas or piece of paper and suddenly, with seemingly little effort, have something on it, is, to me amazing.
